Arrived withboat from Denmark at 00:30. smoothless check in and parking in the garage in basement below. Excellent breakfast and gym. Had a strall in Kristiansand after check out, beutiful. Highly recommended.

Not used to European Hotels but there were no tissues or a garbage can capable of holding anything above a few tissues. We did not want cleaning service so it was a bit of an issue for me. Bed was more comfortable than expected and the room was nice. Necessities only which was fine. Breakfast was outstanding at the restaurant.

Hele hotellet var fylt av deltakere som skulle være med på cup. Det medførte et vanvittig støy, både inne og ute. Undrer meg over at hotellet tillater oppvarming på hotellets utelokaler med masse forskjellig musikk fra forskjellige høytalere. Man kunne ikke høre hverandre snakke dersom man tok en tur ut. Ble vekket klokka sju begge dager av ballspill over alt. Bør det vurderes å informere gjester om slike happenings ved booking?

Gode senger og helt OK rom. Frokosten var god, men virket litt redusert i forhold til andre Scandic frokoster, men mulig jeg tar feil. litt lite med to heiser på et så stort hotell. Vi gikk trappene. Ligger perfekt til i forhold til sentrum/shopping, og stranda og Aquarama.

Godt hotel, men lidt mangler ved rengøringen.

Rengøringen kunne være bedre: Kopper og glas blev ikke skiftet, selv om de var brugte. Der manglede virkelig de sædvanlige "Kleenex" eller lignende på badeværeslet, da de ikke kan erstattes af toiletpapir. Det ville være godt, hvis affaldskurve blev tømt dagligt. Dårligt system, at man selv skal bestille rengøring. Sig dog, at der f.eks.bliver gjort rent hver 2. dag, så man slipper for at tage sig af det i sin ferie. Ellers godt hotel, fin restaurant med god frokost og middag. Søde og hjælpsomme folk i receptionen. Vi kommer gerne igen!
