Dheli airport T3 Holiday inn express is a very bad hotel,we book on your hotel .com When we arrived at dheli airport on 2330 and go to transit area and call,one man say we cao not go up. And he very happy to cancelled my booking I'm never stay this hotel or any holiday inn hotel any more.

Booked hotel in airport to cut down on travel time in between flights. Was difficult to find location inside of airport and with checked baggage the airport staff directed us outside of airport. We had an early morning flight the next day so security at airport would not let us back inside airport without hotel staff. Hotel did not pick up phone so we spent 3 hours outside airport until we could get a hold of them. Sheets had stains all over them when we finally got to room. Would just book a hotel close by next time and skip all of this hassle. Not the easy relaxing stay I thought it would be in between a bunch of long flights. Would not recommend.

Unable to stay
I cannot rate it as I was not allowed to stay in the hotel. I was not told that it is only for people with connecting flights. I had to go off premises. However one of the hotel people was able to help me locate another hotel at the last minute. Let me know how I can received a refund.

Catastrophique ne croyez pas ce qu'ils vous disent
L'hôtel nous dit que nous n'avons pas besoin de visa juste un boarding pass et quand on veux passer les contrôle l'immigration nous refuse car on a un boarding pas électronique et ils veulent un en papier le problème est qu'à 2h du matin les guichets sont fermés! Résultat on ne peut pas aller à l'hôtel. Quand je leur téléphone pour avoir de l'aide ou être remboursé, ils disent qu'ils n'ont pas de réservation à mon nom alors que hôtel.com m'a donné mon numéro de réservation, honteux

Good, convenient, reasonable, great staff!
This hotel is convenient for a next day connecting flight as you do not have to leave the airport for reasonable accommodations. Staff was friendly and made me feel so welcome, especially Akash Upadhyay who helped me navigate the airport with my luggage.

Very mid for high price
Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable but there were faults. The mini bar fridge wasn't cold and the shower was barely warm. Overall very mid for the high price.

Good, convenient hotel in the terminal as long as you are prepared for the slight hassle to access it (so only 4 stars). I read the reviews and was ready, this is how we did it. We arrived on an international flight and had a domestic flight the next morning. We wanted to leave our hold luggage in the airport left luggage facility for a week, for this we had to exit the terminal building on the ground floor (arrivals). After doing this they will not let you back into arrivals. You need to go to departures level with your boarding pass (so print it off) for your flight the next day (in the next 24 hours) then you go to back left of check in area A where there is a hotel counter. They will scan your bags and take you up to your room, a bit of waiting around but not much bother for the convenience of staying at the airport. In the morning you get taken back out to the check-in and security area by a staff member. They have a hotel counter on the arrivals level too, so you don’t have to leave the terminal building like we did. Rooms were good, bed comfy and breakfast was good, staff friendly.

12 hours airport transit stay en route from London to Sydney. We checked into the hotel at 3.00 am, had a shower and went to sleep. The hotel is inside the airport secured area. Late next morning we checked out and walked to the airline lounge one floor below to have something to eat before boarding our next flight.

空港のトランジット泊で使いました。国際線到着ロビーから出るとホテルの案内人が待機するカウンターがありそこまで行くと案内してくれるというシステムでした。ただ、何人かをまとめて案内するためものすごく時間がかかる。案内開始かと思ったらホテルが制限エリア内なのか、手荷物のチェックとパスポ-トチェックが何回もあり最後にホテル前でパスポ-トチェックありたいへんです。ホテルは値段がややたかいですがwifi環境はよく朝食付きで快適でした。自分一人ではたどり着けない迷路のような場所にありましたがトランジットホテルとしては便利な場所にあります。
