Room really dirty, dusty, dirt, bed unclean ( skin ichy ), no shampoo, grey towel, lose door lock...
Very naive reception girl with makeup who can’t handle room check-in at all, she can’t even recognize Expedia booking ( which we all speechless).
Bad air.... air conditioner seems difficult to produce cool air.
It is mostly unexpected to room like this, which even Semporna’s hotel room comes up more clean and normal.
We’d spend a scary night.
Thank you for the experience.
I will try not need to come again.
