Thank you to all the staff for being super friendly, patient, and helpful. You all are amazing! Our room was nice, the amenities were great, and the location was perfect. The area was scenic and anything we needed was within walking distance. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Room was small, but clean and comfortable. The check in was a mess of "self serve" machines - that is anti-service. even though there is a machine, it took two different people to get me through check in. So many people need help checking in, and no on enjoys that process, why not just give us a real human to begin with? You have great staff, why force your customers into screens? My room was outside, in a separate building.

The room is a good size for two people. The staff try their best to help with whatever your needs happen to be. You get a variety of options for breakfast from traditional Japanese cuisine to American style meals. There are lots of shops need by from restaurants to shopping. Lots to see and do around the area.

Excellent location, slightly noisy next to the train track(didn't really bother me but something to note) rooms are cleaned every 3rd day. Compare to other hotel of the same chain the room might be slightly more space limited. Did not get breakfast from the hotel but the restaurant attached are real restaurant so I'd assume food is ok.
