Room was small but well designed from a functional perspective, with a nice size bathroom and full bath, which was very nice. Breakfast buffet was also good. Quite convenient area, not far from the NRT. The fitness area was a bit pathetic; a few cardio machines crammed into a small room on the top floor. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

We were very impressed with this hotel, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. It is close to a light rail station, only two stops from the famous shopping mall SOGO. The hotel’s breakfast was very delicious too! Will stay at this hotel again next time!

It's an older building and starting to show it's age. The staff is mostly good not great. The room is large but lighting is inadequate and the ventilation is lacking leaving it humid and hard to cool. Very close to the brown line made it very convenient for myself.
