This hotel was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! The property looks exactly like the pictures online, which I really appreciated. Everything was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The property manager was phenomenal—so friendly, warm, and accommodating. She truly helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a great experience that I’ve already booked another stay for a weekend in October! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The stay was very enjoyable and the staff are very accommodating. I think the general consensus was good vibes. This area of Palm Desert is the somewhat nicer downtown, though with slightly less character. Otherwise the food and people were all as enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Mod! I would say the only thing we didn’t like is that our presidential suite was the first one when you walked in and we had about 6 different random people slide open our doors and walk in to our room. Maybe some signs should be placed to avoid that in the future… but overall a good stay.

We love the place, we have enough room for 3 of us. Everything looks clean, kitchen was nice small but complete with all your needs. I know people complaining about the AÇ LOL we actually don’t really bother with the sound. The staff are excellent, we can’t complain. We’ve been traveling and staying at so many hotels/motels or condos like and all of them have good and bad but at the end of the day we only in our room for not long enough to complain, we just want to enjoy it and make memories with our daughter.

This was an interesting property. Pros- close to El Paseo Easy parking ( not covered ) Very clean, no damage or things that needed maintenance Pool was nice, had a few towels and raft available Rooms had kitchen area with coffee maker/ pods,fridge , some water and snacks bath products in the bathroom . Cons- nobody there to help . No contact phone number , nothing. We checked in Sunday and there was music playing , cocktails handed out and then we didn't see anyone until 10:59 am Monday and after that , nobody . We left Wednesday and saw one guy with a blower one day and the same guy mowing the lawn the next day. Cell service was spotty. No check out instructions were given , posted in the room or the office door. That would have been helpful along with a phone number . We had no kitchen trash can and no hair dryer , and nobody to contact. If you don't mind being alone on the property ; this is the place for you .
