Rooms were always tidy and well stocked. Minimal staff interaction required but any interactions we did have were pleasant and easy. No issues with AC or heating in our rooms. Located at the far end of Gastown so there's lots of good restaurants and cozy cafes nearby.

The room was super clean, comfortable bed, well appointed seating area, heat pump for cool and warm air. Great communication from the staff via text messages and they always responded promptly to our questions. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location IF you go to the left as you exit the front door. Little sketchy the opposite way but doable. Walkable to Canada Place area & ferries. Would have liked the option to cool off the room - 19 was the lowest setting and a tad bit warm. Communication was top notch and self checkin very smooth. Would highly recommend!
