We booked this as part of a longer stay in Norway. We were dissatisfied with the property for numerous reasons but primarily because the description fell far short of the reality.
We were looking for a one bedroom apartment and the description clearly states this had one bedroom and a sitting area. In fact, what we got was a sofa bed in the corner of the main - and only room. To sit comfortably would have required dismantling and re-making the bed every day in order to have a comfortable place to sit. This is certainly not what was expected or described.
Other issues of concern were the lack of basic essentials such as tea towels, washing up brush and dishwasher tablets which, in our experience are always provided. There was piles of dirty bedding and cleaning equipment stuffed into an alcove directly outside our apartment door. The main door to the block was permanently open to the street resulting in numerous occasions when the door to our apartment was tested. In particular, on the last day of our stay it was clear from messages we received and conversations with the cleaner that the owners had double booked this apartment. We were constantly disturbed by rattling of the door handle at intervals throughout the evening and into the early hours of the morning.
We complained to the owners on arrival about the bed arrangement and absence of essentials but despite an apologetic response nothing was ever rectified.
In summary, the description and pictures are disingenuous.
