Very clean, well maintained, very comfortable room and bed, friendly and helpful staff. Price is very reasonable. Parking is a bit of a problem but manageable. I highly recommend it, and would definitely return any time.

Hotel in semi light industrial area. Inside was clean with nice, wood trim. Hostess was warm and friendly. No breakfast, but had coffee and bottled water available in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent parking. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The staff was friendly! I asked for an extra pillow and she brought it up right away. The room was super clean. However the bed was really hard to sleep on.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem that I had is that the pillows were too soft. There should be firm pillows in the room also.

There wasn't anything wrong with the property. It's not within a short walking distance of major amenities but it was fine for one night's stay for me and my coworker.

This hotel is clean the staff was warm and welcoming on this probably the busiest weekend in Cold Lake all year. The only complaint is the cooling system in the room did not work the fan did not kick in once and since the window didnt open and the temps that day was 30°c it was stifling. For the price this room was perfectly acceptable! They could stop the pot smokers outside the front entrance

Only issue I had was that the pillows are too soft. I personally like hard pillows. I would like a higher bed has well but that is not a deal breaker.

Really friendly staff and incredible value if you are just looking for a clean place to hang your hat for a night. Room was old / worn but clean. Tv worked fine. Mattress was hard but I know lots of people who like it that way. I think they are undergoing Reno’s.

This hotel just got a revamp and new management The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. Room may need a microwave but there is one at reception. The new carpets are a great add on. We will come back - keep up the good work!
