Hotel in semi light industrial area. Inside was clean with nice, wood trim. Hostess was warm and friendly. No breakfast, but had coffee and bottled water available in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent parking. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem that I had is that the pillows were too soft. There should be firm pillows in the room also.

We were family of 12 with kids , stayed for one night very comfortable beds and rooms were decent.

I don't think I will stay here again..first night was quiet..next night there was yelling and crying, fighting in the hall..RCMP banging on a door we were at the end of the hall and heard everything from 12 am to about 2:30 am. on a hot day the AC wasn't the greatest..nope not going back there.

This hotel is clean the staff was warm and welcoming on this probably the busiest weekend in Cold Lake all year. The only complaint is the cooling system in the room did not work the fan did not kick in once and since the window didnt open and the temps that day was 30°c it was stifling. For the price this room was perfectly acceptable! They could stop the pot smokers outside the front entrance

Only issue I had was that the pillows are too soft. I personally like hard pillows. I would like a higher bed has well but that is not a deal breaker.

Really friendly staff and incredible value if you are just looking for a clean place to hang your hat for a night. Room was old / worn but clean. Tv worked fine. Mattress was hard but I know lots of people who like it that way. I think they are undergoing Reno’s.

This hotel just got a revamp and new management The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. Room may need a microwave but there is one at reception. The new carpets are a great add on. We will come back - keep up the good work!
