The motel is what you would expect. Low rate, nothing fancy, some little things that make the stay not quite A+. But the staff were very kind, bed was quite comfortable, and it was a very decent stay for the money. I would stay again.

Budget western, Cold Lake

The room was clean and spacious. The mattresses cud use an upgrade though. It suited our needs. Very quiet. Recommend this hotel for short stays or just overnight.

Homeless persons sleeping outside on sidewalk.Drug addict kept knocking on my door out of her mind during day while i was sleeping for night shift.... staff were fine. I guess thats why the rooms were a decent price.at least.

Only a couple of minor issues...sort of. Went to use the bathroom only to realize there was no TP so had to use Kleenex. Plumbing was very loud when guests used water at 3am.
