漢堡巴塞羅飯店 - 漢堡

第一次订巴塞洛汉堡酒店，总体满意，酒店设施设备较新，有同事在汉堡住过其它五星酒店，认为此酒店的设施设备还新一点。该酒店位置不错，离商业街，地铁口，火车站，湖边都很近。酒店还提供了烧水壶，棒棒的！住了4个晚上，满意。如果该酒店能提供免费公交卡就更好了（其它有的酒店有）

Overall it is a decent hotel with good service, location is particularly convienent.

The staff was very accommodating and nice , they went out of their way to accommodate changes to our reservation and we’re super nice about it. The place was very clean and modern. Great hotel !

I like the clean design, the service was good, the Basic Internet was just fine. For me the location was great--close to the train station but easily walkable to the more interesting parts (the hotel itself is not in a particularly interesting area, mostly offices). The room, while not particularly hot, was too warm for the down comforters (there is no top sheet--only a down duvet and its cover)--an annoyance that is becoming more and more prevalent in hotels. Opening the window (it opens a little) helped a little, but in the end I removed the duvet and just used its cover as a top sheet.

We have stayed at the hotel before and chose it again as we were happy with our previous stay. However, the service has deteriorated, the reception staff is rude and does not care to do a good job and is not service minded at all. The only good thing about the hotel is the location but that is not good enough to return again.
