The restaurant on the crystal sand beach turquoise waters was incomparable. However, the toilet seat in the suite had a lingering odour and the stopper in the bathtub had to be pulled out with a sharp utensil after every bath. The property needs upgrading in general, lots of patched up jobs that look bad, but the beach is superb and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location. Clean but a bit worn-out room. Comfortable large bed with good quality cotton white linen. Daily room service. Efficient air-conditioning when needed. Beautiful surrounding nature. Helpful staff. Restaurant right on the beach with great food.

Le prix de l’hôtel est interessant, la location de voiture pratique, cependant nous sommes arrivés bien après l’heure prévue et la chambre était encore en nettoyage .. de plus on a eu la surprise de ne pas avoir ni shampoing ni gel douche ce qui était un peu embêtant après une grosse journée sur l’île des pins, et le personnel du restaurant a eu un peu de mal à nous comprendre dans le choix des plats, et une fois le séjour finit, au moment du paiement nous avons remarqué que la facture était gonflé au niveau des entrées que nous avions prises au restaurant. Je recommande cet hôtel pour le cadre et le prix cependant il y a des standards à respecter en hôtellerie.

The property is a resort, but an outlying pacific island resort, where not everything will be perfect & replaced at a drop of a hat. It is however wonderfully clean, friendly & the food for lunch & dinner at the restaurant very good & plentiful. The excursions are worth while particularly the tradition canoe around Upo bay. There are two beaches, so one is usually protected from the wind. The only issue I had was trying to get a ferry, so gave up & flew. Booking ferry/flights from outside New Caledonia was challenging & nothing todo with the Hotel

Notre bungalow pour 6 était bien équipé : lits très confortables, réfrigérateur, tasses … dans un joli jardin fleuri - le personnel était très agréable et la situation exceptionnelle entre deux magnifiques plages.
