一般

酒店位置距离市中心步行20分钟的样子，稍微远了一点。房间很小，床还好，但是旁边唱歌的、酒店的声音很大！晚上12点还在唱！太影响休息了！另外早餐也一般，9:30下去基本没有什么吃的了，入住的第二天 ，没有叫打扫，打电话到前台要2瓶水，前台说没有！他们说的墨西哥英语也懒得听下去了，下楼去买了水。总体来说一般，不会再入住了！亲们还是去住市中心的酒店吧！

Os funcionários são atenciosos, mas o quarto estava muito mal limpo, cadeira manchada, toalhas com cheiro forte de alvejante Localização é interessante se estiver acompanhando durante a noite parece perigoso, mas tem muitos restaurantes por perto desde que voce esteja com dinheiro, nao aceitam cartao em quase nenhum restaurante

Unfortunately, my stay had some issues. 1. The bed was well made; however, housekeeping, apparently forgot to sweep the floor, 2. They need to fix their lock system… It was very difficult to get into my room each and every time and on one occasion I had to go to the front desk for help. 3. I had no hot water in the morning. In discussions with the staff, this is a common issue for early showers. 4. The air conditioner was leaking water unfortunately this was on my shoes. Per the staff, I should not have used the air conditioner. (seriously that’s what they told me) I thought about not leaving a review however, when I exited the hotel, another guest followed me out and said that they had heard everything that I had said at the front desk and they had pretty much the exact same experience

Stay away from Garibaldi is way too noisy

The location sucks!!! It’s way too noisy day and specially at night. We stayed for 5 nights. One night the music was basting until 4:30 am. That night we only slept 4 hrs. The shower is hot, bed comfy, towels are old, there was an AC that didn’t work, no fan, the “cleaning” consisted of making the bed, the breakfast was ok, it was usually beans, eggs, toast, some kind of meat and veggies. They also had ham, cheese and some fruit. Coffee and chocolate 24hrs at the cafeteria. Very small gym (boxing bag, spin bike, bench and a set of free weights). If they are able to reduce the noise issue, we might consider staying again. I wished this app would allow to upload videos for people to understand how loud this place was.

Em geral o hotel é ok, o cafe da manha não é buffet mas servem bem! O que não gostei é que não tem ar condicionado, quando fui reclamar me informaram que a minha reserva não constava o ar incluso, porem nenhum quarto dizia que tinha, o pior é que tinha um aparelho no quarto mas não funcionava. Veio um tecnico ver, mas não adiantou, tive que quase brigar para conseguir um ventilador, e a janela não abre muito, o que não ajudaou. Acho interessante alertar esse detalhe do ar, pois no meu entendimento é um item basico que todo hotel deve ter. O lugar é bem legal, a praça garibaldi tem noites bem agitadas, com musica mariachi y muitas opções de comida.

Not a good hotel for families .

Did not have a good experience. To begin with, I requested ahead of time both bedrooms on the same floor so I can be close to my children, and the receptionist said that they cannot accommodate therefore I was on the 4th floor and my children were on the 2nd floor. Secondly, the key cards did not work, therefore we had to ask the receptionist to give us access again in order to enter our room. Thirdly, free breakfast was provided but you had to wait in line when they first serve it, we waited in line for 35 minutes to get our breakfast. Lastly, there is no air conditioner, when the room gets stuffy you can open the windows however there is so much loud music coming from outside that might interrupt your sleep. We ended up sleeping at 5:00 a.m , this is when the music stoped outside. I do not recommend this hotel for families .

Para el costo no hay línea de teléfono para recepción, la TV no funciona bien pues no tiene internet y otros canales, no dormí bien por el ruido que generaba el ventilador de techo, no hay aire acondicionado, y hay mucho ruido externo lo q no deja dormir.
