A basic but comfortable room. There was a TV, kettle and coffee maker in the room. We were on the fifth floor at the back the view was nice and not too close to other buildings of the same height. Perfectly located for visiting the local museums and parks and just strolling round taking in the culture. Staff were very helpful when there was an issue with the TV not working. I used the WhatsApp messaging service and they replied quickly.

I recently stayed at Bob W Kensington, and the property has the makings of a truly elegant boutique hotel. Its location in central London is excellent, with easy access to wonderful restaurants, shopping, and transportation routes, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city. That said, the property still seems to be in a transitional phase. Perhaps because it is a newly acquired location that has not yet been fully assimilated into the brand, several amenities and services advertised in the booking were not currently available during my stay. Additionally, while the staff were friendly and polite, they were quite scarce and often difficult to find when assistance was needed. With a bit more operational polish and the full rollout of its advertised offerings, the property has the potential to become a lovely boutique destination in Kensington.

Stay away!!! I think it’s being used as a brothel, no sound isolation at all. Had a horrible stay. Did not get to change rooms even when I described how the neighbor was extremely noisy while being intimate, throughout the day. They suggested I’d get earplugs. Did not have functional internet, they said they couldn’t help with that, had to use my phone as hotspot to get the TV to work at all. They were not very nice to talk with either. It ruined my trip by far, never experienced such bad customer service before. They said it was not permitted to use the rooms for such services, yet they just let it be and didn’t care at all that I had to listen to that all the stay through. I’m amazed how bad this stay turned out. Happy it’s all over, will never ever come back to any bob w! Bed was good though.
