We stay in Panama a bunch the staff was so accommodating to us we came a day early they got us a room and we stayed a extra day and they let us keep the same room and was so kind just small things to help a vacation would be a place to hang towels and wash clothes in the shower and somewhere to put shampoo and body wash

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was extremely clean which made our stay even better. It had a great view and was in an awesome location. I would definitely stay there again. I wish there was a microwave in the room but other than that it was perfect.

Our stay was okay. The best thing was being beachfront and also free parking. The mattress was very hard. Rooms are not soundproof so you can hear everything. I guess it was ok for the price.

The beach view was beautiful. Staff had excellent customer service skills. The beds were good. The only complaint I have is the floor was not swept as there was sand on the floor and we not even been to the beach. Everything else as stated before was good.

The location was great because it’s beachfront. And the balcony with a beach view is superb!! A microwave in the room could be very useful especially if you’re on the other building and not on the main building with the receptionist where they have the microwave.

The room looked new, but it missed a few accessories. No towel rack in the bathroom, no hand towel rack by the sink and a medium trash can, instead of only a small one in the bathroom and we had no ice bucket to get ice. We would have liked a microwave in the room since we stayed for 6 days. We would again in the future.😊

The room was not cleaned well the shower was not clean at all. Our power kept going out in the room. The elevator was out. However, the staff was amazing. If the hotel was in as good of shape as the workers, it would be top tier. They were super friendly and tried to fix what they could.

Love the large room, almost like two bedrooms joined together by the bathroom. Had read the reviews about there not being a table on the balcony so brought my camping side table. View of the Gulf was very nice, and the pool was clean with very little sand within the pool fence. Housekeeping staff was very attentive and front desk staff was very friendly. There was one elevator that did not work, but there was one that did work for the whole week. Will be back next year.

Nice building, fantastic location.. unfortunately the elevator did not work properly.. I had to change rooms because my neighbor has dogs barking very unfortunately.. the showerhead outside to clean yourself up after the beach was broke.. staffed fantastic.. They really tried to accommodate you and do their best… price was reasonable.. plenty place to park.. I definitely recommend it and I will come back

This place was so dirty. Working on the elevators, they never come and clean the room, there’s trash all down the hall, and the pool is in a parking lot.
