Loved the towels and bedding and chill pub atmosphere and delish Jamaican dishes. Thought it would be a bit more walkable to Lewes and could be a bit noisy with traffic at night! I would advise earplugs. Great spot if you’re comfortable with a chill and casual vibe and are not expecting hotel like treatment

All good and excellent for a 1 night stay following a local wedding reception. Breakfast was very good although I would have preferred a 9 - 10 breakfast on a Sunday morning rather than an 8 - 9

Stated pets allowed throughout property so booked a room - however pets not allowed in rooms and suggested they sleep in the car. Could not stay and refused to refund room and were quite rude and disinterested- said to staff to ignore us, it was policy and nothing they could do. Wouldn’t refund even though room had only been booked about 4 hours previously. Terrible service in todays climate
