The first room we got had stains on the sheets. Sewage water also started leaking from the toilet and started to smell. Tried to call housekeeping and the concierge but the room telephone wasn’t working; I had to go down to the front counter to request for a room change. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the request. The second room still had flaws, but much better. As the hotel is new and still in the “soft launch” phase, benefit of doubt is given and hope they will improve when they officially launch!
