highly recommend this place. fabulous location, shops, bars, restaurants, train station and banks at your doorstep. hotel was sparkling clean, nice clean linen towels and nice smelling shower products. Staff are helpful. will stay again !

Not a lot of silverware, no dishwasher tablets to start off with, dirty dishes. The space heater was much appreciated.

The room was clean and the window was already open so that the temperature in the room was just perfect. I was provided with the wrong code for the front door so I was stuck outside for a few minutes but then someone let me in and the receptionist gave me the correct code. There were minor glitches (one lamp did not work, the soap bottles were empty) but the room looked great, the bed was awesome, the shower worked fine and the staff was friendly, so overall I enjoyed my stay.

The William ticks all the boxes. Greeted at reception. Apartment 503 is uper clean, spacious, smart modern deco, comfy bed, full kitchen, nice bathroom. U even have a washer & dryer! Thank u team @ the William. Highly recommand

A mix feeling and a bit disappointed. It was my second time at this please but the owner has changed.
Pros:
- the location, close to metro mont total close to restaurants, bars and the metro mont royal.
- the place is clean and there is one person always available at the reception 24h/7
Cons:
- the price is ok if you are minimum on the 3 floor. Best if you are on the 4th, last floor. I was in the 4th the first time, view and more quiet. BUT if you are on the floor under that you have a building in one side, 1.5m with more noise. On the ground floor, I was this time, the apartment is a lot dark inside due to the building near by. You cannot really open never the curtain due to the building. The window, there is a little parking and noisy/dirty smelling road.
The issue is that the price is the same. Doesn’t matter which floor and you cannot choose.
- Missing a bit more spoon.. only 3-4. Just one serving. Due to the price it needs to be a bit better furnished.
Overall a bit disappointing, it’s a good place but you should take another option for similar place if you cannot choose your floor level. Unfortunately it’s a bit like gambling for now.

The check-in process was pretty awful. First I was assigned to a room that had broken blind hence no privacy. They moved me to another room then it turned out that the check out was not complete and the room was not ready. I had to move to another room where the vent was broken and I couldn't turn it off. So for the check-in, I had to hop into three different rooms, the last one being so lousy and loud. The second day they moved me to another room on the ground level had a street view that was filled with all filthy gabages. I wouldn't recommend this property.

Positives - location, in suite laundry, welcome prosecco, texts & emails with instructions, nice shower.
Negatives- no signage on outside of building. Not a hotel per se. Minimal comforts in the room. Lumpy, creaky bed, almost a futon for a matress, broken toilet seat and a/c that would not shut off. Told front desk, but never fixed.
No towels, cloths for kitchen. Window screen off and propped up against wall.
Would not recommend at all.

Tout est parfait et impossible de trouver mieux rapport qualité prix / emplacement en plein coeur du Plateau Mont-Royal. Un ancien immeuble rénové à saveur industriel / moderne qui est super clean et le staff vraiment gentil. Une bonne adresse pour profiter de la vibe du Plateau Mont-Royal à Montréal!

Chauffage totalement insuffisant considérant la grandeur de l'appartement, le cadre de la porte était brisé, cassé et décollé du mur à mon arrivée, le réparateur n'est pas venu. Lorsque j'appelais la réception, ça ne répondait pratiquement jamais

La chambre était bien équipée et confortable. Par contre, le drain du bain était bloqué, la plaque pour le four était trop grande pour entrer dans le four et nous avons manqué de papier toilette. Les instructions de départ étaient simples.

Le Cove c’est très très intéressant comme Hôtel c’est tellement. confo c’est pas comme un Hôtel c’est vraiment plus appart avec bcp de style. Le Staff et courtois et patient pcq sa demande un peu de logistique (code de porte et code entrée principale). Vous direct sur le Plateau au coeur de bcp de resto et café trendy. Ce que j’adore c’est la petite cuisine qui manque de rien; four, frigidaire pleine grandeur, micro-ondes avec tout les utensils. Vous avez juste à apporter vos effets perso. Nice & comfy place not like a Hotel but more like a stylish appartement. Full Kitchen with all utensils. The staff are great really polite and patient (it demands a little logistics) for running you threw the codes for entry. I highly recommend the Cove, you are situated right in the heart of « The Plateau » near trendy cafes & resto Toledo Cafe
