When we arrived it was very messy, with people’s stuff hanging everywhere. It’s very dark and dingy, the pods also have a damp smell making it very uncomfortable. The showers and toilets were not very clean.

Ehhhh…. I would say this falls into the cheap hostel category for me. The capsules were pretty nice but all the shared spaces like the bathrooms were DIRTY, standing water on the floors, hair and dirt everywhere. Maybe it’s hard to keep clean with so many folks. I wouldn’t stay here again. But it was the cheapest in Montreal so I get that it has a niche.

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay at Capsule Hotel in Montreal. Everything was clean, including the showers, and the atmosphere was friendly, social, and welcoming. The location on Saint Laurent Boulevard is impeccable and made it easy to enjoy the city. The staff were amazing and provided great service throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Montreal.

My capsule neighbor arrive around 5 am and did all the (unintentional) noise possible. I had to get up at 6 am and could not sleep after this. Maybe you could do something to prevent this kind of incidents

The staff were very helpful and friendly despite the amount of traffic that comes in and out. Pods were clean and surprisingly comfortable, the only downside was amount of showers and bathrooms and cleanliness of them but you get what you pay for! Overall 7/10

Location wise it’s in the downtown area and short walk to a metro line. And a decent walk to Old Montreal, place des arts and the old port. But the surrounding area looks sketchy, so it can feel uncomfortable at night. The capsules themselves are very nice, and the lockers are spacious enough for all baggage’s.

Très bon hotel capsule! Les deux personnes de l’accueil sont vraiment gentils, surtout la femme! Les capsules sont propres, les salles de bain aussi. Le seul problème se sont certains clients qui manquent totalement de respect envers les autres. Y en a qui ont le pas lourd à 1h du matin, d’autres qui ferment ou ouvrent leur porte de capsule très fort, ça fait un boucan en plein milieu de la nuit, d’autres qui discutent dans l’espace nuit! L’hotel est très bien sinon! Y a rien à dire, à part que la tv ne fonctionnait pas mais ça, personnellement, ca ne me dérange pas. Y avait le wifi.
