Our stay was amazing! The place was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. We especially loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the Vatican and close to the metro, making it easy to explore Rome. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded promptly to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our experience and felt right at home. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Rome and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The apartment looked very nice at first glance, but unfortunately there were several things that affected our stay and were not mentioned in the description. The apartment is on the ground floor, meaning all traffic to the rest of the building passes directly by the front door. It was also quite noisy, both from the entrance hallway and elevator, and especially from the apartment above. There were small children running and stomping quite a lot, also during the night. We don’t know whether this is another rental apartment or if the family lives there permanently. Another downside is that the apartment faces an inner courtyard, resulting in very little natural daylight. This made the apartment feel somewhat dark and enclosed. The air conditioning was also quite noisy and was positioned on the opposite wall directly above the bed, making it difficult to use at night. If these things don’t bother you, the apartment is otherwise a nice place to stay. Based on our experience, I would recommend it more for a couple than for a family. The host was very professional and check-in was smooth. We also booked airport transportation through the host. Although the driver was not there when we arrived and we had to wait a while, both the car and driver were professional, and the journey into central Rome went smoothly. Overall, it was an okay experience, but next time we will probably choose a regular hotel with a reception and better sound insulation.

Séjour dans l'appartement convenable, mis à part les coupures d'électricité fréquentes dans le quartier et la résidence... L'appartement est propre bien qu'étroit pour une famille de 5, avec un écran de pc pour télévision. Il faut ajouter des frais au prix (ménage et gaz pour 2 jours) ce qui est excessif et a été une mauvaise surprise. L'emplacement est très appréciable, station de métro à 5 min à pied, nous avons garé la voiture dans la rue pour les 3 journées passées à Romes (emplacements bleus, prix très raisonnable)
