Check in doesn't begin until 4pm. Their water park closes at 7pm. So, unless you're staying there for a few days it isn't worth it.
That evening my son and I almost got stuck on Elevator M in Tower 2 to meet with our Door Dasher, which the hotel doesn't allow up to your room. We were traveling down from the 6th floor when the elevator stopped at the 4th floor, but nobody entered the elevator. After the doors closed and the elevator began its descent, it then stopped at the 2nd floor, and again, nobody entered the elevator. The doors closed, the numbers on the panel began to flash and the screen indicating which floor we were on began to flash the floor number accompanied with a down arrow. We rang the alarm and about 30 seconds to a minute later, the doors opened. So, we got off and took the stairs down from there. On our way back, we stopped by the elevator which had made it's way down to the 1st floor. We sat in the elevator for a minute along with another family where the two of us had selected our floors (5 & 6). This time, the doors remained open and again, the number panel and floor indicator screen accompanied by an arrow began to flash. Needles to say, my son and I had to make the trek up SIX flights of stairs while carrying 2 hot pizzas, dessert and a 2 liter. By the time we got to our room the pizza was cold.
The temperature in our room didn't seem to work properly. 73 kicked on heat and 69 was too cold. Anywhere in between would kick on the fan which did nothing.
