My only frustration was that coffee at the front wasn’t available until 9am. As a guest who stayed only one night (overnight stop on my way somewhere) it was useless to me because I was up early to get on the road. My hunch is people who have an extended stay are already off to work before 9a.

The room could use some paper towels. The rooms walls are very thin and can hear a lot of different noises. Overall, the stay was good and relaxing.

We wanted a place to stay for one night that was clean and affordable. Echo fit our simple needs - bed, bathroom, refrigerator and microwave. The entire facility was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel, felt very safe and welcomed. Only complaint would be that the smell of weed on our floor was horrible. Non-smoking should be for all forms of smoking. Thankful it didn't seep into our room, just in the hallway.

Convenient location. Sparkling new facility. Friendly and responsive staff. Interesting minimalist aesthetic (not cozy, but very contemporary and convenient. Full-size fridge, stove, kitchen sink. Ideal for cooking in the room.

The room was not clean, the staff was beyond rude before I even got in the building, her name is Shannon, then when I had something to say about how I was being treated they threatened to call the police on me after taking my money for my room

The rooms are very clean , location terrific. Horrible customer service! No privacy and so much disrespect from the workers overnight. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed at ...

6/10 不錯哦

The vending machine was done, there was only a person at the desk at check in, the TV was terrible. They have dish next work and the picture quality was bad. You could only listen to the TV. We stayed here 2 different times and both times about 3 am the person above us sounded like they were moving all the furniture around. The hallway freaked of cigarette smoke.
