It was amazing! This historical property has maintained its unique charm . 0ur room had a beautiful spa, We had a full kitchen,, loads of games for the young and old! The bed was comfortable and 2 well appointed bathrooms! DOGS ARE WELCOME AND THEY STAY FREE!

Had a wonderful stay at Arkouda Cabins! Jenica was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our visit. She made everything easy and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! Stayed at the Roy Roger’s cabin

The hottub was really the sweet spot, cabin was nice overall, the a/c and airflow sucked, had difficulty sleeping due to lack of airflow and it being hot, big bear is a little packed and overrated, not much to do. Good if you want a weekend getaway, not much else.

If you are looking for a cabin getaway in Big Bear Lake, Arkouda Cabins is a must! As soon as we walked in we noticed that they consider traveler reviews - from curtains being placed to extra AC units being found around our cabin. Jenica is amazingly attentive & we were surprised how welcoming and easy going our check-in process was! As for our cabin, we loved the grill and hot tub and although not a deal breaker, an outside table would have been an amazing addition to enjoy our grill nights or simply to have breakfast outside. Definitely looking forward to returning with family in the future!
