Right in the heart of Bromley and yet the room was nice and quiet to sleep in. Beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

New property. Lovely staff. No hot water and no heating in Room 306 Hillman Suite. Provided feedback to the lovely receptionist. This hotel has the opportunity to be something great but facilities issue need urgent attention or it will undermine the good work of your customer facing staff.
