Right in the heart of Bromley and yet the room was nice and quiet to sleep in. Beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

This place is really impressive! The staff are wonderful, friendly and trained to a high standard. The amenities are top drawer and the bed is the comfiest I’ve slept in bar none. The outside space with TVs showing sport is brilliant and the pizzas are delicious! I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back for sure. The only down side, the beer was expensive; I’ve only ever paid more in Norway and this made us grab most of our drinks elsewhere, which was a shame.

This is a very nice newly renovated hotel located in a historic building that was built in 1898. The hotel has cool vibe that fuses historic tradition with a stylish modern artistic flair. The co-located Garden Bar and restaurant is very nice with hip sports bar thing going on. The junior suite room that we stayed in was modest, functional and comfortable. The property also has a nice, reasonably equipped, smallish fitness room that my wife and I happily used. The one and only drawback to this hotel, depending on one’s perspective, is that there is no elevator in this three story historic building. However, the hotel staff will happily tote your luggage to and from your room. Overall, I give the Royal Bell a 9.5/10. We stayed at the Royal Bell because I flew a Supermarine Spitfire out of Biggin Hill airport and wanted to stay in a nice hotel that reflected some of the spirit of London but wasn’t too far away from either the Biggin Hill airport or King’s Cross Station. The Royal Bell hit the mark perfectly.

New property. Lovely staff. No hot water and no heating in Room 306 Hillman Suite. Provided feedback to the lovely receptionist. This hotel has the opportunity to be something great but facilities issue need urgent attention or it will undermine the good work of your customer facing staff. Customer facing staff and clients have been let down here.
