Lovely stay, easy walk to public transportation, but the best thing about it was the staff! Everyone was amazing and helpful and made us feel like we were old friends. Would gladly stay there again!

Nothing special, but nothing worse than expected either. It's a perfectly decent budget hotel if you just need a place to sleep for a few days in London. However, the hotel is starting to show its age and would benefit from some renovation.

Great location in walking distance to the Tate Modern, Globe theater, National Theater and great restaurants near by. About 7 minute walk to the Southwark subway station too. Very helpful, friendly staff as well and great rooms with AC which was helpful for the heatwave we experienced while there!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive! The hotel is very well located, really close to all the main tourist attractions! I fully recommend it and will return when I go back to London.
