Great place to stay. The breakfast was a lovely start to the day. The staff were always accommodating and helpful. The room was compact but had everything we could need. Would happily stay here again if I find myself back in London.

Mini buzdolabı olmalıydı. Kıyafet dolabı olmalıydı. Oda 4 kişi için küçüktü ve yatakların arasında boşluk bile yoktu. Personel giriş işleminde yardımcı oldu.

The staff here was the best we’ve ever experienced in any hotel. They did so much to accommodate every need we had, were generous with us and so kind to our children. We were blown away with the customer service! This wasn’t the fanciest hotel, but the service was beyond 5 star!

Nothing special, but nothing worse than expected either. It's a perfectly decent budget hotel if you just need a place to sleep for a few days in London. However, the hotel is starting to show its age and would benefit from some renovation.
