Clean and quite new hotel, but small room which is Paris standard so I totally understand. No coffee and teas provided, no fridge, just nothing in your room. There is a coffee machine at reception but you have to pay for this. Location is just amazing, so many nice bars and restaurants around the hotel, also metro is super close and walkable to Opera.

The hotel is very well situated near the district 17 City Hall. Very safe area full of good cafe and Resturant. Hotel is clean and decoration is modern and practical. They have good service particularly Lina in the reception. She is helpful and always smiling. If you have a night flight , they keep your baggage! For sure I will use again this hotel .

Accueil horrible !! Chambre attribuée au 4eme étage sans ascenseur alors que nous étions avec un bébé!! Lit de taille parfaite mais matelas très dure et oreiller très inconfortable !! Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel même à mon pire ennemi!! Petit déjeuner correct mais attention jusqu’à à 10h seulement !!

It was a really nice stay despite not spending a lot of time in the hotel. Rooms are nicely designed and spacious. The bathroom was quite small but really well-designed and good enough for a shower and morning routine. Beds were extremely comfortable. I have a bad back, but I slept really well. Our windows faced an inside yard, so it was really quiet at night. The room had coffee, tea, and biscuits. We didn't try breakfast, so I can't say anything about it. But it is a really nice, quiet, and pleasant area with restaurants, cafes, and bakeries around. Staff are really nice and helpful. And they have one of the most amazing members of staff - a cute fluffy cat 🙂 There is a little bit of a distance from main landmarks, but the clean, quiet, nice area is worth it. There is always a taxi and public transport. Only one little thing: We asked for a spare duvet, but there wasn't one for some reason. However, this is not a big deal. It was a really nice stay.

The staff was trully nice and friendly. My concern was the room's thermostat is NOT working so it was really cold at night and there's no elevator when our room is all the way at the 4th floor so imagine having a heavy luggage. Also the food was great but we just didnt like how the hotel's cat was on top of the table. Also there's no elevator so when But overall super cheap hotel and close to all the tourist spot.
