We had a great stay at Outsite in Aguadilla. The location is great and convenient to all beaches in the area. The property was quiet and relaxing, the pool was great, and having the kitchen was nice as well. We will stay again!

The property itself has good facilities, but the check-in experience was very disappointing. I spent over an hour waiting because none of the phone numbers provided were working, and even Expedia couldn’t reach the host. Communication and guest support definitely need improvement.

Property was modern fresh and clean. Bathroom and closets were spacious. Great for getting work done and then hitting the beach. The beds were not comfortable thought. A minor trade off.

I enjoyed my week stay at Outsite very much. The communal kitchen was fun. Zaimarie was very attentive and helpful. Just fyi the rooms do not have a tv (its communal too).

It’s a different concept of stay. No on site staff but reachable via watts. Love the kitchen, pool and common areas. Don’t like much the fact there is no TV in the rooms but not a deal breaker. Don’t like the fact that exterior doors don’t lock properly all the time

Pictures on site are deceiving. Site doesn’t say anything about common areas. Nowhere under the description it mentions that the rooms are just a bed and a bathroom. No tv in the room, the bed was harder than the floor, the towel hanger was coming off the wall, the hot water was never hot at most it was warm, the sink worked half of the time and when it did it was barely a weak stream. It was not relaxing or comfortable at all. Definitely not a place I would stay at again or even recommend.

Overall space was good. Room itself was quite nice - bed very comfortable and bathroom was great. But it seems other occupants at this site are not respectful of public space in kitchen. When I tried to use my designated area in the refrigerator it was literally filled to hilt with no space for my use. I had to take my provisions to my assigned room for storage. I gathered that from the big party they had last night, the provisions were purchased for this scenario. I did not reach out to anyone to discuss this issue as I was in Puerto Rico for personal family matters and asked my wife to look at lodgings for my limited visit and was disappointed that this took place. Not sure who needs to reiterate to other occupants that public space is SHARED in the refrigerator. Thank you.
