蒙大拿海灘度假別墅

The hotel room are extremely small, the bathroom didn’t had hot water, you can call extension 6000 from the room and is ALWAYS busy...the rationale that the host said was “im always receiving a lot of calls”... whaaat? You won’t be able to speak with them if is not walking to front desk. The rooms are super noisy, the bed was ok. The property surrounding are beautiful, pool was stunning. Hotel restaurant is good as well.

First day - entregaron habitación tarde 5:30pm .7pm ese día me fui a bañar bañera tapada. Esa misma noche me cambian a otra habitación. Second day- el aire de la sala de la segunda habitación no enfriaba.me cambian a otra habitación. Tercer día - se va la luz por lo menos había generador en la habitación. Cuarto día hice checkout a las 8:30am No vuelvo a ese lugar jamás 😡

We had to wait 4 hours for check in because our room wasn’t ready for us upon arrival. So imagine sitting in the scorching sun for 4 hours. We finally get to our room is was nice super small but nice closet space. Our bathroom did look really outdated compared to our room. The bathtub didn’t look up to par. We also did not have any hot water the water was so cold. The beach was not what you think, no beach chairs on the beach you have reserve there big wet sandy couches on the beach for $50 to be on the beach which I thought was ridiculous, so many rocks just getting in the water I hurt myself on so many rocks so you basically cannot swim in the beach. We were able to go out the resort and pick up food and drinks. The only thing we really enjoyed was the Restaurant The Eclipse, the Food was Amazing Amazing Amazing 100000/10 I loved there food and there drinks are out of this world. The pool was also great at some point we did have it to our selves, but when you stay in the resort you would expect a little more so it just felt a little boring just waking up to not be able to do anything.

The building that I was staying need maintenance outside.

Noisy specially in the nights, people in the rooms near us makes a lot of noise in the nights. We make reservations in advance for dinner and beach seats and they didn’t do. We call for new beach towels and they said that didn’t have!!!

Great location, clean and beautiful place. Poor customer service.

Las áreas comunes y la playa son preciosas. De los lugares más bonitos de Puerto Rico. La atención al cliente es buena a veces y malísima otras veces. Muy inconsistente tanto la atención como la comida. Si mejoran ambas cosas, sería de los mejores lugares para vacacionar en PR.

The place is very beautiful, very comfy it has a private beach and the pool is amazing. The restaurant the eclipse is one of the best that I have ever been.
