Great hotel staff really friendly rooms were clean and comfortable a little small but perfect size for two adults! Great location! Bathroom and shower were clean and the shower was amazing! It is located about 4 blocks from Broadway very easy walk! There was a couple nice restaurants right across the street and a few other on the way to Broadway we will definitely stay again!

Very clean. Our room was very small, barely room to put our suitcases. No chair to sit in. ‘Seats’ on either side of the bed were used to hold items like phones and books.

Perfect location in a clean and pretty quiet area of downtown just two blocks away from all the crazy nightlife - bars and music. Very friendly staff. The hotel has valet parking but there is also lots of indoor and outdoor parking space nearby which you can reserve via an app. There is a convenience grocery store next block in case you need an extra to-go drink of if you forgot something important at home.

Came in town for a conference and Motto made it easy. Great location and great staff. I was a bit confused trying to find the place, but once inside, it was everything I needed. Clean and well appointed rooms. No fluff or wasted space. And the bed, dreamy. I travel for business regularly and for me it's not about the square footage. I like clean, quiet and accessibility. I would also like to SHOUT OUT - Maddy (the barista) she was so kind to make me a latte in the morning even thought they were still setting up the cafe.

The parking was difficult for valet as backed up, no luggage cart or help with luggage, and rooms were small with awkward bathroom set up. We felt trapped in a box. The rooms are more appropriate for people in twenties that won’t be in room as more dormitory style. We end up checking out early to move to another hotel. I would not rank as exceptional as listed by rating and misleading. Definitely not worth the cost and I would discourage booking.

Great location. Walking distance to Broadway and several museums and great food options. Wasn’t thrilled to be the room next to the housekeeping’s area or where they thought it was ok to open and close the same door(s) over and over, with no regard for the rooms in the immediate area. The have full blast conversations like they were at a nightclub and needed to be as loud as they were. At first I thought it might be a bachelorette party but no it was the housekeeping crew. Other than that it was fine.
