The room has an A/C - air conditining, warm/cold running water, has a small shower room fit for a slim person, bathroom sink, toilet, and bidet, clean sheets, and with some toiletries. It is a long walk from the Venezia Sta. Lucia train station. I stayed for one night and a last minute decision to stay in Venezia, Italia.

Comunicação prática com os funcionários, a acomodação estava limpa e conservada, o hotel não fica longe das principais atrações, o que viabilizou fazer tudo a pé, e o bairro é uma delícia a noite com várias opções para comer. Recomendo a hospedagem.

Odamıza bakım kitine kadar bırakılmıştı. Check out saatini geçmemize rağmen hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Eşyalarımızı bırakmak için yer gösterdiler. Çocuğumun tuvaleti geldiğinde otele yakındık ve gittiğimizde tekrar yardımcı oldular.

Hotel needs some extensive renovation. Location is great. Stuff very helpful. Bathroom needs renovation. Other than that was ok . We spent only one night but for someone who would like to stay longer the size and condition of the hotel might not serve the purpose. I chose the hotel only for one reason. Our grandson name is Henry. It’s a quite unusual name for hotel so we chose Henry Hotel

Le rapport qualité-prix de l'hôtel Henry est très décevant. En effet, la chambre que nous avons eu, une des meilleures si l'on se fie aux avis des voyageurs précédents, était poussiéreuse, les serviettes étaient sales et la salle de bain vétuste. L'isolation phonique était inexistante, ce qui nous permettait à toute heure de pouvoir suivre les conversations et podcasts du réceptionniste (lorsqu'il était présent) et les arrivées/départs des autres clients. Le "ménage" de la chambre était fait de manière aléatoire, plus ou moins un jour sur deux. A noter pour les arrivées tôt le matin, personne ne se trouve à la réception avant environ 14h, impossible donc d'avoir une chambre ou de laisser ses affaires. Ce temps d'attente fastidieux rend l'accueil bruyant et empêche donc de terminer paisiblement sa nuit.

Although the room overall was clean, it is definitely dated. The shower is very small and we kept banging our elbows. We were in room number two. I’m not sure if that matters. My husband did not like that the sink was outside the bathroom and took up wall space in the middle of the room. Also, the room was very humid after showering even with the air conditioner on. The staff were absolutely lovely, and they provided some snack type things which was very thoughtful. Water and cake. It is in walking distance of many things, but it is definitely someplace where you sleep, shower and go out. I found the bed to be pretty hard, but my husband was fine with it. Hope this helps. We would probably not stay there again if I’m being completely honest. But if you’re on a budget, it’s really not a bad choice.
