I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad.
The good:
The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St.
The bad:
The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional.
The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there.
The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck.
The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck.
The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s.
Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.
