Our room was super clean and the location was top notch. They hotel is pet friendly and even has treats for your pup at the front counter. Lots of walkable restaurants and bars and the bed were extremely comfortable.

Clean room, good breakfast, the staff members were absolutely incredible. Anthony checked us in, gave us directions when we needed it, and provided local advice. He assured us of tha safyin walking around at night and pointed us to Beale street, just a short walk down the street. We had a wheelchair and everything was easily accessible, including the walk to Beale street. The ladies at the front desk were also amazing, helpful and friendly. A great stay.

My boyfriend and I needed a hotel for the night during a power outage at our home in Memphis. I would definitely recommend this hotel looking for a clean, comfortable stay close to South Main. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of street parking, so we didn't need to use valet. I work a few blocks away, so the location was perfect and felt very safe.

It's a great place to stay. A little far from Beale to be walkable, but downtown is easily accessible with a car. Overall, it was a nice stay,

It a clean, friendly, and nice stay. No complaints, one suggestion valet park. It's much more convenient and worth the extra money.

Pretty great. Free valet. Hate the parking lot is small, but I still was about to park after valet had closed. It’s in a prime spot downtown too.
