Would stay again.

We only stayed over night as a lay over between next destinations. The hotel was very clean. The staff were very polite and took time to speak to my little girl too. Breakfast choices were amazing and all fresh. Bed was ok but my other hotel bed was a lot comfier. We did have a slight issue with noisy neighbours coming back late and shouting on the balcony when we were trying to sleep, but overall our experience, although short, was a positive one.

It was the worst holiday we ever been on hotel area plus hotel is used for groups of 18 year old German football clubs who come for three days to drink and party all night room wasn't cleaned in a week even after I asked.. Aircon in room didn't work balcony was dirty loo was covered in poo when we arrived I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Check in was great, all the receptionist were very welcoming nice and helpful. On our last day my Son was not feeling well but they allowed us to stay beyond our check out time for him to rest and they were also concerned about us not getting a flight back to London due to the storm in Palma, they said that we can come back if our flight is cancelled they will be happy to accommodate us, which I really appreciate their kind gesture. Hotel is averagely okay, not busy maybe due to the time of year there is not too many options for breakfast but our stay was lovely. Thank you to all the staff in Tent playa you are all fantastic.
