Booked this space as a chance to get some work done while in São Paulo as well as being close to Paulista Avenue, it’s shops and local attractions. That’s what this hotel is about really... Despite a comfortable bed, the hotel feels like it was built back in Austin Powers times. It desperately needs a refurbishment. If you are thinking about working from your room be prepared to bring a dongle or use your phone signal for internet. The open network they offer ia not only not secured by a password but also drops every other 10minutes. Those zoom calls will be problematic... The staff needs training. Things like standing up to refill your coffee during breakfast and coming back to your table being emptied before you’re done does not make you feel very welcome. Nor does the security guards and reception staff when you go down to collect an associate for a meeting in your room. They practically physically search the guest even though you just said he/she is with me. “House rules” they say... The star of the show is the general manager, when prompted, Denise was very courteous and responsive. I genuinely wish her the best of lucky getting her team into gear and lifting the level of service provided in the hotel.

Wi-Fi (specially during night time) didn’t work properly. Had to call many times, EVERY night. The safe box wasn’t working ( I checked in on Sunday), they couldn’t fix over the weekend. Found hair in my bed and also on the bathroom tiles. Specially during a Pandemic unacceptable.

We stayed 2 nights. The first night, the A/C was out in the whole building. They didn't even bother to tell us we had to bring it up to them, and then they decided to share it was out in the whole building. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Nobody would even acknowledge us or say hi or offer to help. The only positive was the location. But I would not recommend or stay here again.

I was very happy when I checked in early and I was able to go to my room right away The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helped me with everything I needed, they even allowed me to enjoy the free breakfast that morning because I was going to check out at 5:00 am the next day and I wouldn't be able to have breakfast. The room was nice but wi-fi didn't work. The only issues I had with the hotel were, the gentleman working in the afternoon was rude and not friendly at all, and on top of that he didn't wear any mask what I thought it was unacceptable, the other issue was that I left my phone adapter and charger in the bathroom and these items were never found. Location is perfect and the view from the hotel is also great.

We were a party of 6 people going to Dao Paulo for a quick vacation. At the beginning the staff was warm, nice and accommodating. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights without an issue. On thé 3rd day our group expanded to 7 people (we work for an airline) and we upgrade one of the rooms to a suite. They front desk asked us to check out of the one room, surrender our room keys, pay for the upgrade and we could switch rooms which we did. After paying for the room. We were given the key and when about our day. At check out we were accoudés of not paying for our room and they threaten to call the police on us and had security at the door blocking the front door. It was absolutely embarrassing. I have used Hotels.com with properties all over the world and NEVER had an issue. We showed the front desk our online credit card statements through our phone to prove that we paid at first they said it was a mistake. Then they said the agent we spoke to misunderstood because of a language barrier even though his English was just fine, then they say in their system we were never charged. We had to catch our flight and were were going nowhere with the front desk people we paid the bill they said we owe so we would not miss our flight. I work for a major airline and I will make it my mission to let everyone know about my poor experience to everyone I come in contact with. I will never return to this property or chain ever again. lus our room flooded twice and they did absolutely nothing for us
