I know I checked in at late time at 3:45am, but there is no staff in the front desk/lobby to help me check in. I called hotels.com four times and they asked me to wait in the line to wait for support team follow up with me, however the phone line suddenly cut off two times. Finally I waited for around half hour and the staff come out at the back of office that I saw just nearby the front desk, so I believe he was in asleep even I knocked the desk for many times, he didn’t realise.
