The environment was excellent...room was immaculate and classy. Really enjoyed the kitchen lady named Val. She made sure everything was stocked and even came over and kept me company when I was sitting alone. You could tell she has a wonderful spirit and I will be returning because of Val.

We stayed for 1 night. As a Marriott Gold Member & having booked through Hotels.com, we had no expectations of any benefits being honored. However, We were surprised to know we were upgraded to a corner city view room, Room 220. It was nice for what it was. Room clean, staff nice, breakfast adequate. Only cons: no pool, not the best coffee, and bathroom door is glass so it wakes people up when light is on. Other than that, had a great experience at Springhill High Point, and recommend to all traveling in the area!

The parking lot is spacious, and there are many great places within walking distance. The baseball stadium, food court, gallery, and visitor center are all nearby. The hotel is quiet and pleasant. The breakfast provided by the hotel feels a bit limited in variety, but it covers all the essentials.

This hotel is brand new, not even a year old, and a beautiful remodel of an old factory. The room was very spacious, clean and with comfortable beds & pillows. Free parking, a plus for a downtown hotel, and convenient to several restaurants. Front desk staff were helpful, courteous & friendly. The ladies (Robin or Valerie) who managed the breakfast buffet were efficient, especially in keeping the coffee pot full! Breakfast had a variety of choices, no one left hungry. An enjoyable 3-night stay, and highly recommended.

We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.
