My husband and I booked a 2-day “all inclusive” stay at one of 4 properties at this resort: from family property to adults only, each with their own checkin lobby. Our 1st and last time here. We booked closer to adults only side, arrived at 2pm and didn’t get our room key until 4:30, during which time they tried talking us into sitting through their Time Share presentation the following day. Bell hops loaded our luggage on a trolly towing a trailer and began making our way to the family side of the resort with numerous other guests. My husband and I confusingly studied the map given to us to see if the family side was “along the way” and would eventually get us to the location we booked and “paid” for. This was not the case and had the bell hops take us back to the lobby where we checked in, the lobby that belonged to the property we booked and paid for, where we waited another 2 hours just to speak with someone about the mistake. When we finally got help, it was as if they were ignoring our every objection, telling us we have access to all 4 properties, so it doesn’t matter where our room is, telling us “it’s all the same thing” “it’s the same properties” even though the family side has its own lobby, a property less expensive and one we were not interested in. Our “booked” side was in close walking distance to many restaurants.....(my review is being limited and have only 25% posted here...it was terrible)
