We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was modern, very clean and had good amenities. It also has a great location within walking distance of Sanlitun other malls and the CBD. Most importantly the service was impeccable in all areas - housekeeping, breakfast and concierge, with Josie and the team at reception especially helpful with all our needs and regarding our questions about activities in Beijing.

This is a great hotel, we stayed one night but did late evening checkout. It seems to be a newly renovated hotel and we loved how clean the bathroom was and how comfortable the beds were. Highly recommend

Room was great, many amenities. Concierge Clark Wei was so helpful, he helped us order food two days and gave us a great recommendation for hot pot. There is a spa and gym and free laundry, convenient location. Coffee and beer bar in the lobby, would recommend.

위치 좋음. 바로 옆 지하철이고 3환 시내 위치. 건물과 방 컨디션 전체적으로 괜찮으나 방은 구석구석 깨끗하지는 않음. 직원들 대부분 영어를 모르지만 번역기 사용으로 큰 불편은 없음. 4성급 혹은 4.5성급으로 표시 되는데 3.5성급 정도로 보면 됨. 그런데 한 빌딩에 몇 개의 호텔이 있는데, 지하 식당과 헬스장을 공유함. 그런데 옆의 호텔 숙박비와 조식비가 쌈. 단 룸 컨디션은 Four points가 더 좋음. Beijing Sanlitun Work's Stadium Rezenz Apartment Hotel 또는 Suisse Place 라 검색해보고, 각자 형편에 따라 결정하면 됨. Excellent location. Right next to the subway station and located inside the city center on the 3rd Ring Road. Overall, the building and room condition are okay, but the room wasn't clean in every corner. ​Most staff don't know English, but there was no major inconvenience thanks to translation apps. ​It is listed as 4-star or 4.5-star, but you can consider it around 3.5-star. ​Also, there are a few hotels in this one building that share the basement restaurant and gym. The neighboring hotels have cheaper room rates and breakfast prices, but Four Points has better room conditions. ​You can search for 'Beijing Sanlitun Work's Stadium Rezenz Apartment Hotel' or 'Suisse Place' and make your decision based on your budget and preference.

A bit outside the city center but easy to get around with DiDi. Booked a tour and they picked up by reception as it’s classified as a “centrally” located hotel. Some small restaurants around and a metro station just next to the entrance. Great breakfast buffet and they packed lunch boxes for us for free. Not all of the staff spoke English but easy to fix with translate. Asked for late check out and staff said they could let me stay until 2 pm at no extra charge. My two kids also like the room. Would stay again when in Beijing.
