Nice place to stay!!

But too expensive because of over provision, 7 beds are available in the house. Better to meet the basic requirement as requested to minimize the expenses in accommondation.

Other than the dishes and pots and pans not being clean , the place was really nice , the location was perfect as well! Was not happy with the amount i paid just for the dishes to not be clean.

Modern and comfortable studio.

Our studio apartment was modern and very comfortable. I used the free laundry facilities while there. The restaurant was booked out for a function but we enjoyed our meals at the hotel. Would choose this property again.

Fantastic bed, large sitting area

The bed was fantastic, pillows need work. Having a separate sitting area was lovely, giving more room to move. Having two opening balcony doors gave great air flow. Laundry facilities were close which made catching up on washing so easy (free use of machines & washing liquid). The shower really needs a good clean around the outside.

No milk for tea or coffee in the fridge , the shower head was to low for a 6ft tall man , the bed was way to soft for our liking. The room was clean and well presented . I was under the impression when booking , we were booking a room with water views .

Great Hotel and amazing offsite local pizza!!

We stayed at the Marina Hotel before a shark trip. They were welcoming and friendly and the grounds were very clean and seemed very new! I would stay there again and recommend them to anyone. The food was pretty good but we used uber eats from a local pizza place that was amazing!!

A very clean, modern hotel albeit too iscolated

A very modern property. My room was about 200mtrs from the main reception and bar area. My biggest disappointment was the proximity to Port Lincoln township, it took about 10mins to drive into town.

Great all-around!

This was a really fantastic place, super roomy studios and great amenities in a pretty setting by the water. Onsite restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Just one tip: If you are on the second floor and have a lot of luggage, note that there aren’t any elevators so you’ll have to carry your stuff up the stairs. Hotel is a little far from the center of town, you’ll likely need to hire a cab (if you don’t have your own car or other transport) if you want to get to town or need to pick up amenities (there’s only a gas station nearby).

Stayed here before our Rodney Fox expedition since pickup was set at this location. Check-in at the hotel was easy and fast. Was given a one-bedroom suite on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator and had to drag a lot of heavy luggage up the stairs. The room was spacious and clean. Checkout is early, by 10am. Would recommend and stay here again.

Everyone was awesome! Lovely little restaurant and bar with a great view of the marinas, perfect location if you’re here for diving. Dive shop three minute walk away saved our trip too!
