The front desk staff were kind and approachable; they answered every question I had patiently, even about local tourist spots. The room was impeccably clean—crisp bed sheets, a spotless shower area, and a clean window with a clear view. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to the city!

This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially the check-in speed, which was a huge relief after a long trip. The front desk staff were polite and attentive; they made sure I knew how to use the room’s AC and even offered extra towels. The room was clean and tidy all around—no stains on the bedspread, a fresh-smelling bathroom, and a clutter-free nightstand. I had a very comfortable stay!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The check-in process was incredibly fast—they had my reservation ready as soon as I walked in, and I got my room key in less than 5 minutes. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful; they answered all my questions about local attractions patiently and even gave me a map with recommended restaurants. What really impressed me was the cleanliness of the room—every corner was spotless, the bed sheets smelled fresh, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! Check-in was a breeze—no long waits, just a quick verification of my ID and I was good to go. The front desk team was warm and welcoming; one of them even helped me carry my luggage to the elevator when they saw I had a lot of bags. The room was impeccably clean too—there was no dust on the furniture, the floor was polished, and all the toiletries were neatly arranged. It’s such a great place for a comfortable stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The check-in process was so efficient—I didn’t have to fill out a bunch of paperwork, and the staff processed everything in just a few minutes. The front desk staff were extremely polite; they greeted me with a smile and made sure I knew how to use the hotel’s amenities, like the Wi-Fi and the gym. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch as well— the bed was made perfectly, the windows were clean (so I could enjoy a great view), and the bathroom had no signs of dirt at all. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Overbooking issue needs to have the compensation. The hotel helped to settle down another much lower level hotel without partial refund is not a good way to make up the mistake of their overbooking.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location in Dongshankou is perfect for tourists, there are many tourist friendly restaurants and cafes nearby and the metro is a short walk. The staff kindly let me check in early. After I had been on a plane all night, i appreciated it so much! Thank you. The breakfast was the best I had in China. Big selection of chinese and western food. I really liked the eggs and sausages. And the pastries. Thank you. The cleaning lady kindly spoke to me in english and asked if i need my room cleaned, thank you for cleaning my room you do a great job. The only problem, this room smells very badly of cigarettes, it needs some kind of treatment to remove the smell. Otherwise, I do recommend this hotel for foreign tourists. 👌
