Lovely! Highly recommend staying here. Located right on the sea with gorgeous views of the beach and right in the heart of town near restaurants and shops. Great outdoor cafe with views to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were small but well furnished and looked to be recently updated.

Hotel has a beautiful view that’s all it has going for it. Checked in around 8:00/8:30pm late enough, we were starving the Hotel restaurant/manager would not accommodate us. He said the restaurant was full I walked right in and counted 20 empty seats. Breakfast was worse you walk in to a woman vacuuming and the cord across your pathway. No one in the dining room directing/helping guests at all. Totally unorganized.

J‘irai revoir ma Normandie! La Marine!
L‘hôtel que nous recherchions devait être authentique par rapport aux événements ayant eu lieu ici en juin1944. Il l‘est! Et puis, on cherche toujours un service impeccable. Il l‘est dans l‘hôtel, comme (et surtout) au restaurant.L‘équipe y est d‘une efficacité et d‘une gentillesse remarquables. Surtout Thierry et David se surpassent pour honorer tous les désirs et besoins des clients. Chapeau! Et merci!

Je recommande vivement l'Hôtel de la Marine, situé à Arromanches-les-Bains. Cet établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel en front de mer, offrant une vue imprenable sur Golden Beach. C'est l'endroit idéal pour admirer de superbes couchers de soleil dans un cadre paisible et relaxant. De plus, il est parfaitement situé pour visiter les plages du débarquement. Hotel is in a lovely position along the sea front. The rooms were comfortable and clean but very sparse. There was no wardrobes or drawers and when we asked if it was possible to have a room with somewhere to unpack they had nothing available but did move us to a room with a stunning view of the sea. Breakfast was adequate but they did not offer much choice. All the staff were friendly and the location was its main selling feature.

Ein tolles Haus. Vor zehn Jahren schon einmal dort gewesen. Leider wurde zwischenzeitlich der Parkplatz vor dem Museum gewandelt. Eine etwas bessere Parkmöglichkeit hätte den Gesamteindruck noch verbessert. Hervorzuheben ist das angeschlossene Restaurant. Hier gibt es die besten Miesmuscheln! Auch das Sorbet Pomme ist sehr zu empfehlen! Ruhig wird es im Ort, wenn die Tagestouristen abgereist sind. Den 5. Stern gibt es, wenn eine bessere Lösung für die Parkplatzsituation gefunden wird.

Beautiful location! The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent: great food and service. We are so glad to have stayed here to experience the history of Normandy and well as the beauty that has been brought to life following the important mission of D-Day. Property was great. As Americans we couldn’t get coffee until 8 in the morning and this is an unbreakable rule. If your not going to offer morning coffee perhaps put coffee in the rooms for early risers.
