Staff was friendly, room was amazing. Plenty of space for myself and two daughters to enjoy July 4th in downtown DC just steps away from the capital

We had a great stay at ROOST White House! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was excellent for exploring Washington, DC. Being close to the White House, monuments, and museums made sightseeing easy. The modern amenities were a great bonus. We would definitely recommend ROOST White House and stay here again!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the newness, the location, the privacy and the convenience of the all electronic parking as well. During the late evening on Friday we were awaked by the residents coming in so it was a little loud and our coffee maker did not have a filter or basket so we weren’t able to relax over coffee in the morning which we were really looking forward to enjoying together. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

For an affordable stay in a convenient part of DC to be in for sightseeing, this was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed taking the bicycles provided here out to visit the museums. Would stay here again!

There's parking in the garage beneath the property that's easy to access. The sky lounge on the roof has great views, especially at night. There are comfortable lounge spaces throughout the hotel. The downtown area is easy to walk, bike, or grab a rideshare and not far from many sights.

Great stay. Easy check-in and lovely staff. The room was great and had extensive amenities. Only slight disappointment was that the pool was a reflection pool (3 inch depth), which felt deceiving from the website.

Outstanding stay and close to everything. Room is fantastic and staff was helpful. However, please know that there is NOT a swimming pool as the on-line photo leads you to believe. It is a reflecting pool that you can get wet in but that is about all. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
