The amenities here were unmatched! I also loved the neighborhood. I am planning to stay here again at the end of my time here in Greece.

I was surprised about how lovely the hotel is. And all the free perks in the fridge and Nespresso coffee. My only comment is the bath room needed updating and the shower was very small with a curtain which means that the entire floor got wet every time. If it wasn’t for this I would have said it was perfect.

Rooms were very small but the roof top & very helpful staff made up for it. Location is nice & I loved the stocked fridge. Would recommend for anyone staying in the Athens area, esp with kids!

Rooms and bathroom especially are quite poor standard. Hotel location is convenient for bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We cannot say enough about how perfect our stay was…from the hotel staff, to the roof top atmosphere and entire surroundings! Just perfect! Everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect! Thank you!!

Great place to stay! Dimitra and Vicky were incredibly friendly and helpful. Complimentary beer, water, nespresso coffee, plus mocktails and a welcome bottle of wine in my room. I ordered breakfast and it was delivered to my room so I enjoyed it on my balcony. The rooftop is beautiful and has an amazing view. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional stay! What truly makes The Square Hotel by X&N stand out is the people. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, nothing was too much trouble. From check-in to checkout, the service felt personal and effortless. The room was spotless and the location great, but it’s the outstanding team that will bring us back. Highly recommended!
