Hotel needs work. It was a dirty rug in the bathroom. I shed to change . They are serving breakfast only from 7:30 am, but offering menu from 4 am that you need to pay. There’s is no free shuttle as they advertised on the website, instead they are offering a taxi for your own expense.,

The room was shabby and very smelly. The bathroom sink was tiny and not working properly. They overcharged me for airport transportation claiming T3 was more expensive.

I booked here as a transit hotel. So, my expectation was like a Paharganj type hotel close to airport. This one is similar to what I expected, a little better, in fact.
Name of the hotel includes the words "Free Pickup Aur Drop:. Word "Aur" in Hindi means "AND" whereas the staff at front desk fleeced me and took Rs. 270 for parking for pick up (this was not stated on website or on Hotels.Com) and charged Rs. 600 for drop. Both amounts wre collected without bill. First, the staff in the evening shift said, I should collect the bill for these charges in the morning while checkout. And at checkout, staff then present, was not told about this. I waited patiently for him to prepare the bill for 10 minutes while my flight time was getting close and still he said, printer did not work so he could not share the bill.
I don't know if the front desk people do this without knowledge of the management also.
So, good marks for room and hotel condition but bad rating for collecting charges for something advertised as free.
