Not good in servicing spacially baggage handling(not taken by the hotel staff and no one come from hotel staff to drop to the room, swimming pool,gym was closed). Cleanliness is good.Food is very good.

Lady at the reception named maya she tells you that paying extra charges before the check in is required you are told to pay the charge of services you might use when i stayed the second time after 1 week the other guy at reception gave me the option to pay later if i will use any this is how it should be done

The staff took 25 mins to checkin though I was the only one at the counter. And it took 40 mins for them to send my luggage into my room that’s also after I sent a reminder. This is not accorded with this level of hotel!

Old building. Broken fixtures in the room. Our key card to enter the room stopped working the very first night. Hotel staff could not open with their master key. They finally managed to change our room after a while. It takes a long time for restaurant, 'Pavillion', to serve you any food. Tried the in room dining service and they served cold food. The food in restaurant was tasty. Will not go back to the hotel or recommend to anyone

Service and check in was appalling, very confused check in agent, it took over an hour standing while they tried to find the bookings for myself and my brother, in two rooms.

I stayed overnight and was assigned adjacent room as per request. However the air conditioning was not working in both of our rooms. The front desk did not address the problem proactively as we had to call them three times and even after the AC being checked and fixed by a person, it still did not work as expected. They gave us one fan to be kept in the room. I was expecting much better customer service from a 5 star property and was disappointed. There was a thin film of dust on furniture and tv etc.

I I wasn't able to use the wifi before i I checked in. I I couldn't contact anyone outside the hotel as a result. Similarly, upon check out, i was cut off immediately. Quite inconvenient.
