The front desk lady was overwhelmed. Our payment to the hotel went through hotels.com. My wife forgot her credit card and was told she could use Apple Pay. My wife asked for assistance but was rudely instructed by the front desk attendant to get out of line and figure it out. My wife had our 4 young children with her and needed assistance. It was apparent that the lady was only interested in getting people checked in.

Room was clean and very spacious. I ended up in a King suite versus the 2 queen bed suite that i reserved but was ok with that especially after initially being put in a studio suite which was not at all what i reserved. But overall it was quiet, the staff immediately corrected the mistake which i appreciated. Breakfast option was nice.

I am OCD about every thing and deciding on where to stay is a whole chore! I have now added this location to my list of places that eased and exceeded all of my expectations! Very clean and no issues. Didnt really interact with staff as we checked in late, and there wasnt much interaction when we checked out. Told them room number and turned innkeys and they thanked us.

A brand new hotel .Staff was amazing !Breakfast was always hot and fresh.They take cleaning seriously and you could tell staff is proud to work there .Social hour was a pleasent surprise with drinks and a small meal .They have a laundry room for guest which is a great and free to use .The pool was just right for small children for traceling families .

Clean and spacious suite & bathroom. Friendly staff. Our bathroom door would not latch to stay closed but upon checkout, we reported the maintenance issue and suggested a work order.

Requested adjoining rooms was never told they didn’t offer it , even wit phone calls to hotel and requests through app until night of arrival . Asked for rooms next to ea other and was told are rooms were but they were diagonal across hall and was basically told to deal with it . Orange juice was not available at breakfast either day of stay was told the manager was on vacation and had key to oj machine.
