Clean & spacious family quad room. No mini fridge or microwave, as one might expect when travelling elsewhere. Friendly staff and easy location to get around as it was close to a bus & tram stop.

If you want to stay outside of the bustling part of Edinburgh, and want a location that feels quaint, this is it. It is very far out of the way, however, the tram from the airport stops a few blocks away, and there are a couple of bus routes within one block. Seeing the waterfront in the morning or evening are both beautiful views. In terms of the room - mine unfortunately had the door to an adjoining room and I heard everything my neighbors were doing. They also do not offer turndown service, which fine for a couple of days, but I was there for five. Overall, if you would like something budget friendly and don't want to be in the thick of the city, I would recommend this hotel.
