The service by Lee at the premier inn was amazing, his attitude needs to run off in the restaurant staff.
The service in the brewers Fayre is terrible. The staff were rude and abrupt, too busy on their phones.

The property was very clean and conveniently attached to a restaurant/bar. The staff were AMAZING! The young lady at the reception desk was full of smiles and let us borrow a uk plug for our chargers! We only brought America plugs! Also, Sara Jean in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel very welcome and gave us some good advice for what to do in York! It was such a great experience! I recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot out in the country!

The front desk staff were the best we encountered during our entire holiday in Scotland! Amy, in particular, went above and beyond to be kind and helpful! She was wonderful!!
The pillows were so flat and hard they were almost painful to sleep on. On the days we requested housekeeping, the room was not cleaned or made up very well at all. The shower steamed up the bathroom terribly bad, even when we used barely luke warm water to shower. Overall, we had terrible sleep!
The bar and restaurant staff were also terrific! The breakfast left a bit to be desired. The food was very average.
Online, the proximity of the hotel to Edinburgh Castle and the Airport were both misrepresented to what we averaged driving between the locations. We specifically booked this property so we’d be within 15 minutes from the Castle. Musselburgh is a fabulous little village! It should be highlighted more in the listing.

Los colchones, anuncian pan sin gluten para el desayuno y te encuentras que no hay, tienes que pedir que te limpien la habitación y se sorprenden cuando lo pides dos días seguidos y luego ves, que solo cambian las toallas y estiran el edredón porque la sábana bajera sigue arrugada. Si vas sin coche, hay que tener en cuenta que para llegar a Edimburgo hay que coger dos autobuses, ya que está a las afueras de Musselburgh y uno de ellos con muy poca frecuencia. Del personal, no tengo queja. Son muy amables.
