Aldea was an excellent choice to stsy near everything! Rinconada where there are many restaurants and ice cream parlors. You must rent a car with v Travelocity only $61 to see all the beautiful beaches etc.

We liked this hotel very much. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are large and have everything we needed. The pool is large, and the water temperature was perfect. The location is good, and walk able. We will return!

1. I could not have a phone conversation due to bad service. 2. Both machines in "gym" were broken 3. I was so sick.(ended up in hospital from dehydration), I asked for a piece of bread or crackers, his response was "You can order a hamburger or pasta" , I needed help with figuring out laundry, his response "It is not our responsibility for your laundry. 4. During my days of being sick they were jackhammering and demolishing a room 3 doors down the WHOLE day 5. I had to ask several times for room to be cleaned. 6. THe pool area is beautiful but there is NOTHING else around. 7. THe local beach is very nice as well "Bachoco" So frustrated to have spent that amount of money. The two men at front desk had a little English but no one else.

El lugar espectacular, el Gerente amable, el recepcionista Jacobo se siente el dueño dl lugar, es despota no ayuda en nada, siendo médicos no le importo llegáramos de cirugia, antes de ir a aeropuerto pasamos a que nos ayudara a guardar un queso regalado por la comunidad en el refrigerador a lo cual se negó otra chica nos ayudó y él nos dejó en la calle a pesar de ir a ayudar a su gente, por su orden en nuestra estancia no dieron prioridad a la habitación y a las 4 pm aún no estaba hecha la habitación, te trata muy despota , todo lo hermoso del lugar lo hecha a perder el.

El hotel se ve bien pero definitivo le hace falta mantenimiento para verse renovado. La atención de la recepcionista que nos hizo el check in fue horrible. La limpieza de las habitaciones no estaba perfecta, había polvo. Nos dieron habitaciones en la segunda planta, pero al llevar carriola y sin elevador se volvió súper pesado estar bajando y subiendo con todo lo de los bebés. Me gustó que queda cerca de Rinconada y las playas principales de Puerto así que puedes ir caminando, corriendo o en carro … muchas opciones de comida por ahí.
