This was the worse holiday ever! I arrived at the Hotel after 9.5 hrs flight journey, the receptionist asked me to pay before entering the room where the bill was fully paid before my arrival. Lack of communication between Expedia and the team in Africa was unbelievable.
But then I booked/Paid for a queen room: in my biggest surprise I was given a double room with a double bed and I was so mad at that point.
The room had no kettle, no water bottle no fridge and it was 27 degrees very hot for that time of the day.
The hotel manager apologised, suggested that I look at all the rooms within the hotel to find one suitable for me. All the rooms there are just double rooms no king/queen size bed or room as per their advertisement.
The building outside is unfinished building which is not even being worked on to complete the current picture used to present this property on the net. Aww
The pool area looks very uncomfortable as the ceiling is literally above your head as you stand up and doesn’t look like it gets used very often or even maintained promptly. For my own safety I chose not to use this Pool during my entire stay there.
My reservation had breakfast included in it: but when I arrived there was no set time or area for breakfast that I was informed about. After 10:30 am I went to the reception to enquire about breakfast then I was informed that breakfast is per reservation and I did one reservation with two guests only one of us gets to have breakfast during our stay.
